Initial Steps:
1. Take an inventory of all technical equipment including computers, cameras, projectors, televisions, smartboards, scanners, printers, etc.
2. Survey staff for technological needs
3. Determine budget allotments (trust accounts, board accounts) for the year 2008-2009 relevant to tech hardware/software purchases:
4. Organize Tech Committee and meet by early-mid May
5. Agenda items:
determine equipment/software priorities (i.e./ MSLC, Library, Labs, Band, Fine Arts depts)
new AUP user agreement
digital literacy/citzenship "license" for early grades (HCE) via online moodle modules
tech usage and propriety guidelines (lab, equipment, borrow policy, etc.)
